Overview

Age Concern North Dorset aims to promote the well-being of all older people in Sturminster Newton and surrounding villages by providing high quality support and services designed to help alleviate rural isolation and loneliness, delivered through the effective contribution of staff and volunteers.

Our Current Services include:

· Befriending/Friendship

· Welfare Benefit Advice and Information

· Telephone Information Support Service

· Fortnightly Foot Clinic on a Wednesday

· Balance classes every Wednesday

· Community Outreach

· Drop-in office service 3 mornings a week from 9.30am- 2.30pm

.Remote pick up of calls and e-mails on Thursday and Friday
